A mentor is someone who works closely with you to encourage and empower you to think freely. They’ve already explored the areas you want to learn more about, and can share valuable knowledge as you embark on your learning and growth journey. Coaches can provide valuable support, but mentors act as guides and walk the path with you, and always have your best interests at heart.  

A good mentor sits alongside you, actively listening and guiding. They serve as your sounding board and as a confidant and someone to talk to, offering constructive advice along the way.

Mentors demonstrate their empathy and concern for your progress with meaningful conversations and thought-provoking questions, to ensure you feel supported, empowered, and equipped with the clarity and confidence you need to succeed and flourish.

Who I help

In my mentoring I specialise in working with women who find themselves at a crossroads in either their personal or professional lives.

I’m here for anyone experiencing inner conflict, feeling stuck, frustrated, overwhelmed, lost, or facing challenges such as low self-esteem and a lack of confidence. I’m dedicated to helping women who are seeking clarity, purpose, and awareness in their lives.

I can also offer support if you lack specific knowledge or skills but are eager to bridge that gap and grow personally and professionally.

Whether you’ve reached a roadblock or are in need of more personalised support with someone who has direct experience, I’m here to provide guidance and work with you. I’m committed to fostering open, honest, and trusting relationships, ensuring that together we can navigate your journey of personal growth and development.

How it works

I’m a firm believer in the importance of inner balance, connection, and clarity, as I’ve personally experienced the transformative power of these principles. By fostering a holistic approach, I aim to guide women towards achieving their fullest potential and finding fulfillment in all aspects of their lives, no matter what they aspire to. 

I offer one-to-one online mentoring that begins with a 90-minute 'inner-clarity and goal discovery' session, which includes an insightful visualisation meditation. During this session, we will look closely into your desires, exploring what truly motivates you. The aim of this session is for me to learn more about you and establish exciting plans and goals to work towards.

I am passionate about understanding the details and enjoy delving deep into what each individual’s heart truly desires.

After this initial session, we will work together to create a personalised plan tailored to address your specific needs and goals. Whether you’re seeking specialised knowledge or embarking on a transformative personal development journey, I will design an exciting and customised programme just for you.

Throughout our time together, I’ll foster an open, honest, and trusting relationship. My mentoring style focuses on guiding you in discovering your own inner knowing, cultivating inner confidence, and nurturing self-belief.

During our mentoring sessions, we will work together to develop strategies that empower you to confidently take actionable steps towards achieving your desired outcomes. Through our collaborative efforts, you’ll gain clarity, formulate effective strategies, and receive ongoing support as you progress towards your goals.

    • The duration of a mentoring program can vary as it is tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each mentee. Unlike a one-size-fits-all approach, every mentor-mentee relationship is designed to be unique and based on the mentee's individual plan.

    • This means that the duration of the program will depend on factors such as the complexity of the goals, the level of support required, and the availability of both the mentor and the mentee. It could range from a few weeks to several months, or even longer if necessary.

    • During our initial consultation, we will not only discuss your specific requirements and goals for the mentoring programme but also incorporate a powerful visualisation meditation. This meditation will provide a valuable opportunity for you to tap into your inner vision and gain clarity on what you truly desire to achieve.

    • By combining the power of visualisation with our discussion, we can create a more comprehensive understanding of your needs and aspirations, ultimately leading to a tailored mentoring programme that aligns with your unique circumstances and helps you achieve your desired outcomes.

  • If you're not 100% clear on your goal, don't worry, I'm here to help. As a mentor, my role is to assist you in clarifying your objectives and creating meaningful goals. Together, we can explore your interests and aspirations to identify what truly matters to you. By asking thought-provoking questions and providing guidance, I can help you gain clarity and define your goals with confidence. Remember, the journey towards success begins with a clear vision, and I'm here to support you every step of the way.

  • The structure and format of the mentoring sessions will be designed and agreed upon after our initial consultation. It's important to note that all sessions will be conducted online for your convenience. As a qualified mentor, I have obtained the ILM Level 2 Effective Mentoring Skills qualification from the British School of Coaching, as well as the ABM Foundation in Business Mentoring qualification from ILM. These qualifications have equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to create unique and tailored mentoring sessions that align with your specific needs and goals.

  • The frequency of our mentoring sessions will depend on your preferences and availability. We can schedule regular sessions that work best for you, whether it's weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Consistency is key to making progress, so we'll establish a schedule that ensures regular communication and support.

  • The initial 90-minute 'inner-clarity and goal discovery' session and plan is priced at £75. For ongoing mentoring, sessions are booked in packages of 3, 5, or 7 hours, averaging out at £55-£65 per hour. I strive to keep my prices as affordable as possible to assist as many people as I can.

  • While I cannot offer any guarantees of success, I can assure you that this mentoring programme is designed to be positive, supportive, and empowering. As a mentor, my role is to provide guidance, advice, and tools to help you on your journey. However, it is important to note that the ultimate responsibility for achieving success lies with each mentee.

  • Many mentees find great value in continuing the mentoring relationship with me even after the initial programme duration. They often choose to embark on new projects or goals, or simply desire regular monthly ongoing sessions. With mentoring, the possibilities are endless, and I am here to support you every step of the way on your lifelong journey of personal and professional growth.

  • I’m constantly striving to enhance my processes and make them as eco-friendly as possible.

    Here are some of the steps I take:

    1. Online and Paperless Approach: I offer my mentoring services online, reducing the need for physical materials and adopting a paperless system. This helps minimise our environmental footprint.

    2. Digital Communication: I prioritise electronic communication, utilising methods such as email and online platforms for all my processes. This eliminates the need for unnecessary printed materials.

    3. Virtual Meetings: I conduct meetings through Zoom whenever possible, reducing the need for travel and the associated carbon emissions.

    4. Digital Resources: I provide mentoring materials and resources in digital formats, minimising the use of physical paper and reducing waste.

    5. Responsible Document Management: I use electronic documents for record-keeping and note-taking. This not only saves paper but also promotes a more sustainable approach to documentation.

    6. Energy Efficiency: I strive to use energy-efficient devices and equipment during mentoring sessions, reducing energy consumption and our overall carbon footprint.
