Mindfulness
Find peace within, one mindful moment at a time, and open the door to a lifetime of inner calm.
What is mindfulness?
Practicing mindfulness simply means being fully present and fully engaged in whatever you are doing at that moment. This powerful state of 'being' allows you to be aware of your thoughts and feelings without getting caught up in them.
Meditation helps us train this moment-to-moment awareness.
Meditation is not complicated, it just takes a bit of practice and perseverance like most new things. The good thing is anyone and everyone can practice mindfulness.
All you need is yourself, your breath, and an interest in trying it and be committed to spend time each day doing your own meditations and other practices until it becomes a routine.

Why practice mindfulness?
Our minds are full of thoughts and chatter every day. And on some days they pick up speed and feel out of control. Our view of the world can become tainted and before your know it our stress levels feel hard to manage.
Having too much stress can harm our bodies and keep us from performing at our best.
Mindfulness can benefit you mentally as well as physically in several different ways. Many people practice mindfulness report an increased ability to relax, a greater enthusiasm for life and improved self-esteem.
Numerous psychological studies have proven that regular mindfulness meditators are happier, and more contented generally.
